Architecture.
Founded in 2018 studioPH Architecture is a creative Chartered Architectural Practice based in south Manchester. Our extensive experience covers a range of sectors with a strong focus on two key areas; Residential and Commercial.
We believe in sustainable, deliverable, people focussed architecture that is timeless and enhances the built environment in which our buildings sit.
We have a strong and varied client base, many of whom we have worked with for a number of years. Testimony to the levels of service and client satisfaction we provide.
Our work process.
All our projects begin with a Client Meeting where we listen, discuss and develop the project brief. In these early stages of a project initial designs are often developed with hand drawn sketches so we fully understand the project constraints and discuss how a space, building or site can be developed.
Often as part of a larger Design Team we take a lead in projects, developing concept designs into detailed design information which is used for preparing and submitting Planning Applications, developing cost estimates and detailed specifciations. For our commercial projects we take a lead in liaising with future tenants, working together to ensure our designs meet their requirements.
Working again as part of a larger Design Team comprising Engineers and specialist designers we are experienced in the preparation of detailed design information for Tender and Construction. We are often involved as work progresses on site monitoring and managing the process of delivery.
