This site, located close to the centre of Bolton le Sands village achieved Planning Consent for a new build, 4000sqft Co-Op food store in Spring 2019 with work commencing in the Autumn. Whilst the site was previously undeveloped, it’s constrained position between the A6 road, Bolton le Sands Cricket Club and existing dwellings whilst also being adjacent the village Conservation Area required extensive Feasibility Studies and collaboration with the wider design team prior to and throughout the planning process. This project completed in summer 2020.
