This project in the village of Hixon, Staffordshire proposes the construction of three family dwellings and a 4000sqft retail unit to be occupied by the Co-Op. Carefully consideration was given to the design of both the dwellings and the retail unit to reflect their rural location, high quality materials are proposed with architectural detailing that takes precedents from the local area. This project completed in summer 2021
